4.1 Scope of Prohibition
The website, its underlying quiz framework, recommendation engine, scoring algorithms, personalized skincare routine outputs, proprietary product-matching logic, editorial content, and user interface design (collectively, the "Proprietary Materials") are the exclusive intellectual property of 3MB Labs LLC, protected under the United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.), the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), applicable trade secret law, and international intellectual property treaties. By accessing this website, you agree that the Proprietary Materials constitute valuable trade secrets of 3MB Labs LLC, the unauthorized disclosure or use of which would cause irreparable harm.
4.2 Automated Data Collection — Strictly Prohibited
You are expressly prohibited from using, deploying, or facilitating — whether directly or through a third party — any automated tool, software, robot, crawler, spider, script, scraper, browser extension, API harvesting tool, or other data extraction mechanism to access, index, copy, monitor, or aggregate any portion of this website, including but not limited to:
- The quiz questions, answer structures, branching logic, or scoring weights;
- The recommendation engine's output, product-matching rules, or routine-generation parameters;
- Any personalized skincare routine, ingredient analysis, or curated product list generated by the site;
- Any structured data, metadata, or API responses returned by the site's internal endpoints.
This prohibition applies regardless of whether such access is for personal, commercial, academic, or competitive intelligence purposes.
4.3 Reverse Engineering — Strictly Prohibited
You may not, and may not permit others to: (a) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or attempt to derive the source code, logic, or structure of the recommendation algorithms or any other Proprietary Materials; (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Proprietary Materials; (c) use the website's outputs as training data for any machine learning model, artificial intelligence system, or competitive product; or (d) benchmark, profile, or analyze the website's logic for the purpose of replicating, competing with, or circumventing any feature of K-Beauty Logic.
4.4 Commercial Redistribution — Prohibited
You may not copy, republish, sell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the Proprietary Materials — including skincare routines, ingredient guidance, editorial reviews, or product recommendations generated through use of this website — without the prior written authorization of 3MB Labs LLC.
4.5 Enforcement & Consequences
Violation of any provision of this Section 4 may result in, at 3MB Labs LLC's sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Immediate termination of your access to the website and all associated services, with no right to a refund of any fees paid;
- DMCA Takedown Notices filed with hosting providers, search engines, and platform operators pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), demanding removal of infringing content;
- Civil litigation seeking injunctive relief, actual damages, statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work infringed under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)(2) for willful infringement, disgorgement of profits, and attorney's fees; and/or
- Criminal referral to the appropriate federal authorities under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and the Economic Espionage Act (18 U.S.C. § 1831).
3MB Labs LLC actively monitors its platform for unauthorized access patterns and scraping activity. IP addresses, device fingerprints, and behavioral anomalies associated with prohibited conduct are logged and may be used as evidence in legal proceedings.
4.6 Reporting Infringement
If you believe that content appearing on a third-party platform infringes the intellectual property of K-Beauty Logic, please report it to legal@kbeautylogic.com. Include the URL of the infringing content, a description of the original work, and your contact information.

Limitation of Liability
